Airport View Hotel has a well establish guest relations department with a Manager who ensures complete safety and unforgetable experience for all guests by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way, addressing and escalating customer complaints to finding satisfactory solutions, providing information about facilities, programs and other services, review arrival, anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers and ensure compliance with health and quality standards of the hotel.

Marian Sinare is not difficult to find as she always actively on the ground and creating that environment for both guests and employees to achieve the optimum aim of the hotel.

ABOUT THIS HOTEL

Airport View hotel was established on the 1st of April, 2002 as a twelve (12) rooms facility. Currently the hotel is an 80-bedroom three (3) star facility with 18 years experience in hospitality service delivery.
